The Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II is Italy’s oldest active shopping mall and a major landmark of Milan, Italy. Housed within a four-story double arcade in the center of town, the Galleria is named after Victor Emmanuel II, the first king of the Kingdom of Italy.
Within the Galleria is Pasticceria Marchesi, located on the mezzanine level above Prada’s men’s store. It gives a remarkable view of the Galleria’s mosaics from its many arched windows. Marchesi 1824 is renowned for its pastries, chocolate, and Panettone production.
